Medicinal Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains beta-carotene (2,500 IU / 1,500 mcg), vitamin B1 (0.55 mg), vitamin B2 (5 mg), vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 7 mg, pantothenic acid 2.5 mg, vitamin B6 5 mg, folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 200 mcg, PABA 12.5 mg, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250 mcg, vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 30 mg, vitamin D3 200 IU / 5 mcg, vitamin E 9 IU / 6 mg AT, biotin 200 mcg, choline 25 mg, inositol 25 mg, as well as the minerals calcium (75 mg), magnesium (25 mg), potassium 12.5 mg, selenium 27.5 mcg, zinc 3.5 mg, manganese 1.15 mg, and copper. 0.45 mg, chromium 10 mcg. ElderCraft® European black elderberry (110 mg), Ginkgo biloba (40 mg) and Ubiquinol (7.5 mg) are also included as phytonutrients.

Non-medicinal ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, organic rice bran, organic rice hull powder, gum arabic, sunflower oil, silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Dosage
Women 19 years and over: take 1 capsule twice daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
