ORDER AND DELIVERY

What should I do if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

If you notice a problem upon receipt, or if your package is marked as delivered but remains missing, please contact us at info@afenix.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation quickly.

Where do you deliver your products?

We deliver throughout Canada. We do not yet offer international delivery in order to guarantee fast and high-quality service to our Canadian customers.

How can I get free delivery?

It's simple! Shipping is free for all orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes). For purchases under this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

What are the processing and delivery times?


We process your orders within 1 to 3 business days . Once your package has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days , depending on your location.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number . This will allow you to track your supplements in real time until they reach your door.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I modify my order after I have confirmed it?

Yes, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at 514-290-9214 for any urgent changes.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible before the order is processed. Contact our customer service at info@afenix.com or 514-290-9214 with your order number to request a cancellation.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

In accordance with our refund policy, items must be returned in their original condition. Contact us at info@afenix.com to initiate a return request and obtain specific instructions.

Where is your store located if I wish to return a product in person?

Our physical store is located at 9765 Boulevard de l'Acadie, Montreal, H4N 2W2 . We are open Monday to Friday (10am – 6pm) and Saturday (10am – 5pm).

We specialize in natural alternatives , including vitamins, minerals, superfoods, homeopathy and health food.

Yes, we believe that the well-being of your four-legged companions is essential. We offer a range of natural products specifically for animals.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and secure online payment methods. You can also pay in-store in Montreal.
