Preparation: Place one tea bag in a cup.
Water: Pour approximately 240 ml (8 oz) of hot water (between 75 °C and 85 °C / 170-190 °F). Tip: avoid boiling water to prevent burning the delicate green tea leaves.
Infusion: Steep for 1 to 3 minutes depending on your preferred strength. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.

Iced Version: This tea also makes a wonderful refreshing iced tea! Simply double the number of tea bags for brewing before pouring over ice.
