Camphor rosemary essential oil is a 100% pure and natural oil, obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis. It is used in aromatherapy for its muscle-relaxing, anti-inflammatory, and circulatory properties.

This essential oil helps relieve muscle tension and pain, reduces inflammation, and soothes joints. It stimulates blood circulation, has antioxidant properties, and provides a stimulating effect to combat temporary fatigue.

Dosage
For internal use, take 1 drop daily on a neutral carrier such as a neutral tablet, honey, olive oil, or sugar. For external use, apply 2 drops topically mixed with 2 drops of wintergreen essential oil and 10 drops of apricot kernel oil to relieve muscle tension.

Precautions
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 6 years of age, in people with epilepsy or asthma, or in cases of biliary disorders. Do not exceed 7 days of continuous use. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
