Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains vitamins such as beta-carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K2, biotin and choline, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, chromium, selenium and molybdenum.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran, rice hull powder, acacia gum, sunflower oil, colloidal silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule shell (hypromellose).

Dosage

For adult women aged 19 and over of childbearing age: take 2 capsules daily. For adult women aged 19 and over who are pregnant or postpartum: take 3 capsules daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
