Pasconal® is a homeopathic remedy designed to relieve sleep disorders, physical and mental exhaustion, as well as nervousness and restlessness. It helps to naturally calm the body and mind, thus promoting restful sleep and relaxation during the day.

Benefits :
This formula combines several well-established homeopathic ingredients, such as oat, ignatia, tarantula, and valerian, to soothe symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, and insomnia. It is well-tolerated and can be used in conjunction with other treatments. Furthermore, it is available without a prescription.

Medicinal ingredients:
Each gram (approximately 33 drops) contains:

• Avena sativa (oats) 3X – 0.2 g

• Ignatia amara (ignatia) 4X – 0.2 g

• Tarantula hispanica (tarantula) 4X – 0.2 g

• Valeriana officinalis (valerian) 4X – 0.2 g

Non-medicinal ingredients:
The product contains purified water and ethyl alcohol (approximately 23% v/v).

Dosage:
For adults and children 12 years and older, the recommended dosage is 10 to 15 drops, one to three times daily. For children 6 to 11 years old, the dosage is 7 to 10 drops, one to three times daily. Symptomatic improvements may not be noticeable until approximately four to six weeks of regular use.
