Medicinal ingredients:
l-Menthol (6.0%), Methylsulfonylmethane / MSM (3.0%), Eucalyptus oil (1.5%), Clove oil (0.8%).

Non-medicinal ingredients:
2-Propanol, purified water, camphor, peppermint, and lavender essential oils.

Recommended dose (Adults and children 2 years and older):
Shake well before each use. Spray 2 to 4 times on the affected area, up to 4 times a day. Allow to penetrate without rubbing. (Use by children must be supervised by an adult).
