Iron Supreme is formulated with Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate, an easily absorbed, non-constipating chelated form. This supplement also contains a complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, and folic acid) and vitamin C to support iron absorption. Minerals such as zinc, copper, manganese, and iodine, along with plant extracts of spinach and rosehip, are included to support overall health.

Medicinal ingredients:

Each vegetable capsule contains 29 mg of iron (Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate), 5 mg of zinc (bisglycinate), 2 mg of copper (bisglycinate), 2 mg of manganese (bisglycinate), 250 mcg of iodine (potassium iodide), 5 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 2 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 20 mg of inositol hexanicotinate providing 18.22 mg of niacin, 15 mg of pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), 10 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 400 mcg of folic acid (folate), 35 mcg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) and 100 mg of vitamin C (calcium ascorbate).

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Beetroot root powder, microcrystalline cellulose, sublimed silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule (hypromellose).

Dosage:

Adults – Take 1 capsule daily with food, a few hours before or after taking medication or other natural health products.
