Recommended dosage (adults): 1 to 2 capsules just before eating lactose-containing foods, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. The lactase enzyme should be taken each time you consume lactose-containing foods, as it only acts on foods consumed at that time. There is no lasting effect beyond the meal. For severe intolerance or to absorb more lactose, 2 capsules may be necessary, but never more than 2. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.
