Recommended use: Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to relieve respiratory discomforts such as coughs and bronchitis.

Recommended dosage: For adults. Drink one cup three or four times daily.

Directions for use: Pour 240 ml of boiling water over one tea bag, cover, and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to extract all the benefits. Add honey, if desired, especially in dry weather.
