ADULTS AND CHILDREN FROM 2 YEARS OLD:
Apply a thin layer to the painful area as soon as possible, massaging gently. Repeat up to 3 times a day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If applying to joints is uncomfortable, apply close to the joint and then gently massage into the affected area.
