Dosage

Adults and children 2 years and older : Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to the affected area as soon as possible, massaging gently until fully absorbed. Repeat up to 3 times a day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
For external use only; Do not use on mucous membranes, eyes, weeping dermatosis, infected lesions or wounds.
